andrew

Andrew Crimmel graduated summa cum laude from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine where he studied Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the international scientific standard for the practice of acupuncture.  Andrew's personal style is inspired by his graduate work with Chinese, Japanese, and Korean practitioners, grounded in his knowledge of conventional Western science, and refined over 15 years of clinical experience.  He is nationally certified by the NCCAOM to practice both acupuncture and herbal medicine and was the third acupuncturist in Pennsylvania to be granted L.OM licensure status in recognition of his comprehensive training and ability to practice the full spectrum of traditional Chinese medicine.

Jennifer Kline-Lyman, Personal Trainer & Fitness Bootcamp Instructor

jennifer

Jennifer is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, avid runner and outdoor enthusiast. In addition to competing in marathons, adventure races and other endurance events, the life-long “Zen runner” and adrenaline junkie has been hosting fitness bootcamps for the past seven years and is known for her intense, innovative and exciting metabolism-boosting open-aired workouts.

Jennifer’s “expect-the-unexpected” style of training might involve pushups, hill sprints, plyometrics, a little bit of dirt, quirky humor and a profuse amount of sweating…However, a ranting and raving camouflage-wearing drill sergeant she is not. The central Pennsylvania native, who graduated with high distinction from Pennsylvania State University, is skilled and experienced in the art of communication and maintains a client-centric, intuitive, democratic but science-based approach to training. When Jennifer isn’t hosting backyard bootcamps, teaching people how to run or circuit training with her clients, she enjoys trail running, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, skiing and spending time at Dewey Beach with her husband and loved ones.

Lisa Reed, Licensed Massage Therapist

License #MSG000936.

Prior to being led to my path as a massage therapist in 2004, I worked in the corporate world for seventeen years in purchasing and accounting positions. I graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at CLN (now YTI) of Mechanicsburg, PA in 2004. This consisted of a 960 hour state accredited program that included Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, Pathology, Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Modalities. I continue to expand my knowledge, experience and expertise in bodywork and I attend workshops and classes as often as possible to enhance my skills to better serve my clients.

I am a Professional member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals).

I believe we have the tools to maintain our health and the responsibility falls into our own hands to care for the body we have. As a therapist I decide which modalities are appropriate for your condition, whether it be acute or chronic. I was given a great gift and ability to help people with their physical pain and I strive to provide a pain-free treatment that will bring relief and lasting improvement to your body and health.

Working in the massage field has brought me more satisfaction than I had ever dreamed. I can say I have a job that I totally love doing.
