
Boot Camp has been fabulous for many reasons--first of all, I never learned how to do a lunge properly and my aging knees were no longer up to my improper version. Second, I love the use of my own body for exercises with minimal props. About 18 months ago, I had started a slow trek back to fitness---so after a year was able to jog, sort of. Now I'm thinking, I'll see how high I can go! THank you for your skill and enthusiasm. - Becky
