Our experienced Group Fitness Instructors and Certified Personal Trainers, will work with you to achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Boot Camp is appropriate for all ability levels, and no gym memberships are required.

Boot camp workouts are a great way to get fit, lose fat, and have fun. They have become incredibly popular because they focus on full body fitness and address all areas of fitness including cardio and muscular endurance, fat and weight loss, full body strength, agility, balance, flexibility, and most importantly – results!! "I wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed your class. Your workouts were just awesome. I enjoyed how each class was different from the others, and that the things we did don't require a gym membership or equipment. I have noticed major changes in my body composition, energy, and strength, and have had multiple people ask me how I got "so skinny." Ha! I feel better about myself and have made noticeable changes to my diet, as I think about every thing I put in my mouth, regarding whether it's fuel or just food. Honestly, my favorite part of the whole thing is that my golf game has significantly improved, which I think is due to increased core strength, as I have been able to swing through on the ball with more speed and power.
I really believe I've made lifestyle changes from this class, so thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Boot Camp has been fabulous for many reasons--first of all, I never learned how to do a lunge properly and my aging knees were no longer up to my improper version. Second, I love the use of my own body for exercises with minimal props. Third, I don't think I had done a jumping jack in 20 years.......and on and on.
About 18 months ago, I had started a slow trek back to fitness---so after a year was able to jog, sort of. Now I'm thinking, I'll see how high I can go! THank you for your skill and enthusiasm.
