Program Cost: $120 /per person.
12 week program designed to target the loss of body fat, not “weight”. Learning to eat in a way that allows your body to utilize body fat for energy is the key to maintaining your health and reaching your weight management goals. Muscle weighs twice that of body fat. When you focus only on weight loss you risk the loss of a lot of muscle, which ultimately changes your body composition to one of more body fat than lean muscle. Do not fall for the “eat less, exercise more” mantra. We need complete nutrition for our bodies to function properly. Removing nutrients through restricting calories or necessary food groups is not the answer to a Healthy Lifestyle.
This program is prsented via webinar and you can enjoy each session from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a computer and internet connection.
