TRANSITIONS was a great choice for us. The program is easy to follow and both of us were able to tailor it for our individual needs. 5 abdominal inches. 4% body fat. 15 pounds. These are just the numbers that represent part of what I lost while participating in the Transitions Lifestyle program. Although they are fantastic results to achieve over the course of a few months, it is the things that I have lost since my completion of the Transitions Lifestyle program that helped me the most. I’ve totally lost my desire for fast food (trust me, it was a battle)! That groggy afternoon feeling at work has vanished. I have completely misplaced my obsession with sugar, and I’m not looking for it at all!
