Riverview Manor
This condominium community has an ongoing Fit-4-Life Challenge being provided by Absolute Wellness Group that includes periodic fitness testing, incentives, and onsite group fitness classes. 

Laurel Towers
Absolute Wellness Group has been providing an onsite group fitness and yoga program at Laurel Towers, an independent living facility in Midtown Harrisburg, since April 2009.    

Linden Terrace 
Absolute Wellness Group has been providing an onsite group fitness program at Linden Terrace, an independent living facility, since January 2009.    

McKonly & Asbury
AWG is happy to provide McKonly and Asbury with onsite health fairs, fitness assessments, and wellness presentations for their employees.  

The Heinz-Menaker Senior Center
On-site Qi Gong (a therapeutic ancient Chinese practice involving movement and breath) and Stretching classes are done by AWG at this Midtown Senior Community Center.  

Lower Paxton Youth Association
AWG had a great time presenting the middle school children of this summer program with a presentation on nutrition and a morning of physical activity and games.  

Cub Pack 256 Round-up
For the second year in a row, Absolute Wellness Group has been able to give the scouts a fun, energetic night of activities while their parents are registering for the coming year.  

Lebanon Synagogue Senior Fitness
Join us Monday and Friday mornings at 9:00am at the Lebanon Synagogue for a full body toning class with light weights. 

Alden Place Senior Fitness
Absolute Wellness Group provides a fun and gentle body toning class using light weights on Wednesday afternoons at 12:00pm in the ballroom of Alden Place.
