TRX is best combination of resistance training and cardio. What I like most about the class is that I get to decide how hard to push myself. Whenever I think the trainers can’t come up with anymore new moves, they always surprise me! I don’t think it’s possible to get bored with this class. I’ve really noticed that my muscles are more toned and I appreciate that I can get in a great workout in just 45 minutes.

I absolutely love TRX training! It's a fantastic workout and I particularly like the fact that I'm using my body as resistance. You always have the ability to work at you own pace and options are presented to make each move more or less challenging. At the end of each class I'm tired but at that same time invigorated.
